We have an opening for Business Analyst Freshers at CenturySoft, Pune.
CTC : Best in the market Qualification : B.E. /B.Tech only Computer IT
Shifts : 10.30 to 8.00 PM
Skills required:
- Focus on service delivery / client satisfaction

Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders.

Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.

Identifying the current- and future-state business processes.

Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.

Reads and interprets case management systems and functional technical literature and translates in terms understandable to the end-users.

Creating, analysing, and validating detailed functional specifications.
*Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
* Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.
* Good Excel skills (i.e. data manipulation, macros, vlookups, array formulas, pivot tables) and MS PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of Advanced Excel would be an added advantage.
* B.E./ B.tech with 0-1 years experience
* Good English language skills
