Job Description –

Technical service desk/IT help desk/Technical support/Desktop support (relevant exp)

The ideal candidate should be a from ITES background having fine knowledge about technical helpdesk support and experience with the same and open to 24*7 work environment.

To represent the L2 team on the client calls, Excellent Verbal Communication

The candidate should have an exposure to both call handling and Incident Management

The ideal candidate should have very good knowledge of technical helpdesk support functions

Should be good in taking initiatives and responsible enough to handle pressure Responsibilities:

Working towards meeting the defined SLAs for all metrics Maximize customer satisfaction through effective solutions delivery Handling Trouble Tickets in the form of Calls/Online Tickets /Voice-mails Prepare & Manage reports on the tickets handled and other tasks

To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles

To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues

To handle the team issues and act as a SME Skills/Qualifications:

Experience in similar help-desk profile which involves Incident Management & technical troubleshooting in Retail domain
