This role will involve understanding customer requirements, RFP’s, RFI’s, RFQ’s and prepare response/proposals for the customers with help of various practices and their solution offerings. Candidate will have to understand and be responsible for the proposal dates, put quick bid plans and co-ordinate with practices to get the solutions from responsible people. Finally the candidate will have to articulate the inputs from the solution SME’s into word document and/or Powerpoint presentations. While doing these activities he will also have to ensure that the pre-sales process is followed by all involved in the opportunity. Candidate for this role should have understanding of IT services, should have ideally worked in an IT project for customer.


Key Activities:

*End to End responsibility of the overall proposal document creation process

*Assume the responsibility for the proposal document from key messaging, content delivery, editing/formatting and subsequent production to final delivery of the document (Planning, writing, Co-coordinating and proof reading)

*Assume end to end responsibility of interpreting RFP’s, creating proposals (or structured sections within a proposal) as per the technical details required, within deadlines, ensuring adequate review and strict adherence to the sales enablement function’s processes.

*Interface with the respective Practice Teams, Finance, and legal. Incorporate changes/feedback as needed. (Solutions, estimates, budgets etc.)

*Coordinate a thorough review of the final proposal documents with the respective stakeholders, including messaging, theme layouts, pricing, graphics, content and solutions to ensure consistency, accuracy and completeness along with necessary approvals

*Participate in status review and data gathering/review meetings, often in a cross-functional and virtual team environment.

*Pro-actively follow up any communication gaps across various stakeholder groups

*Establish a repository of reusable proposal topics

*Develop or maintain templates for documents

*Prepare presentations for customer visit and prepare and plan for any customer visits

*Maintain, update business unit capability, and other collaterals

*Connect with various sales, account, business units for various initiatives

*Support on co-ordinating for various productized solutions for the business unit
